UPDATE:  May 2020

Summer has arrived and bat activity is on the up.  The mornings remain cool however, and provide a suitable window for reptile assessments.  It is also a good time to survey ponds for great crested newts.   Summer flowering makes it the ideal time to undertake Phase 1 surveys (and corresponding BREEAM assessments) and also to assess Japanese knotweed infestations and start implementing appropriate treatment.  Essential fieldwork remains possible whilst maintaining complete compliance with Government advice related to the coronavirus.
